Well im Mike. I handle all the lead work on in Coldshot. I have two trusty guitars. I play a purple, satin finish Fender Stratocaster and a blue and black ESP, LTD. Both have distinct tones that I have yet to hear anywhere else. I also have 2 main amps, I use a Fender 212 DSP for alot of tone and that classic fender sound. Then I also use a Peavey Valveking 112 for that classic country sound that is Coldshot! I try to use Blue steel and Fender strings. Mainly for tone. Nothing comes close to having that strat sound like Fender strings and nothing is silkier then a nice set of Blue Steels! You can contact me at mike.dufault@coldshotband.com
